Avizor Isosol is a sterile, isotonic and buffered saline solution containing electrolytes. The pack contains 30 ampoules of 5 ml. As well as sodium chloride, Isosol contains potassium, calcium, magnesium and sodium: electrolytes that are also naturally present in your tear film. Isosol is specifically designed for filling scleral lenses before insertion and for rinsing your lenses. The solution is free from preservatives and phosphates, making it gentle on your eyes, even when the fluid remains under a scleral lens for hours. Isosol rinses away irritating particles and helps you wear your lenses comfortably for longer. Please note: a saline solution rinses but does not disinfect. A suitable care system is therefore still required for reusable lenses.
